Our Client Service Department is available to provide you with professional service to get you the answers you need.
Our representatives will assist you in all the following services:
- Requests for verbal or facsimile (FAX) reports.
- Ordering additional testing not originally requested on the specimen test requisition. Federal regulations require
that written requests for such additional testing be secured and on-file within the laboratory. Customer Service personnel
will arrange for facsimile (FAX) transmission of request documentation.
- Requests for specimen requirements or handling procedures.
- Requesting duplicate reports on current testing.
- Search of report archives for prior testing. Exact spelling of patient name submitted and date of service is required for
archive searches.
- Routing telephone inquiries to technical personnel with specific knowledge or technical expertise to answer specific
technical questions.
